House Policies (the only time you'll hear us say "no" - we promise!)

• No pets. No smoking. No candles. No cooking.
• Maximum two persons per room, any age. Existing bedding only (no cribs, rollaways, cots). See Family Suite options, above.
• No unregistered visitors in our home.
• We are not wheel-chair accessible.
• Children of age 11 and up are welcome.
• Our minimum stay is 2 nights during the Winter; 2 nights midweek and 3 nights weekends during the Summer, except for some special occasions.
• 50% Deposit (or one night, whichever is greater) charged to your credit card at time of booking. Deposit refundable up to 30 days prior to reserved dates (LESS $50 ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE FEE PER ROOM).
• Deposit is nonrefundable within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Concierge services (theatre tickets, wedding services, etc.) are 100% prepaid, nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• We suggest you contact your travel agent for trip cancellation insurance in the event of unforeseen changes in your plans.

Check-in, Check-out times

Check-in is normally 5 to 6PM, but we will happily wait up (or even wake up) for your arrival at any hour, as long as we know when to expect you. Please confirm this in advance, as we do not have a 24-hr reception, and may not be home when you arrive otherwise.

Check-out is normally by 11AM, but even if you have the earliest flight, we'll still be up with you to make sure you start your day with a cup of coffee or tea, and a muffin to go. "Nobody leaves TDBAB hungry!"

Check-in before 5PM or check-out after 11AM may be arranged for half-day rate extra, subject to availability. Of course there is no charge for leaving luggage or your car earlier on your day of arrival or for collection later in the day after check-out.
